Skills Wheel

Introduction: In addition to learning about environmental management, you will also be learning many other skills such as presenting, auditing and working in a group. In order to track progress against these skills, plot on the wheel where you think your skills are:

1 = You have never had the experience or are not very confident (e.g. you would plot 1 if you have never delivered a presentation before).

10 = You are very experienced and confident use the skill frequently (e.g. you would plot 10 if you deliver presentations several times a month).

Draw a line to connect the dots together. Areas where the circle is ‘dented’ are skills where you will be able to improve on this course. We will do this exercise in workshop one and workshop 5 (use a different colour pen) to track progress.
